"Attract Stampedes of FREE Traffic From Google When You Hire An SEO Expert... For Just $2.95!"

Review Of Derek Gehl's "Search Marketing Labs":

Attracting crowds of qualified buyers with a top ranking in Google, Yahoo, and MSN just got a whole lot easier... and cheaper.

The term "search engine optimization" used to be synonymous with difficult and expensive. Not any more.

Because thanks to Derek Gehl's latest release, you do NOT need to be intimidated by terms like "keyword density" and "optimization" anymore. And you certainly don't need to outsource your search engine traffic campaigns to third-party experts for exorbitant fees of $3,000-$10,000!

Instead, you can finally "do it yourself" and enjoy substantial increases in your traffic and sales with the expert guidance of your very own, private SEO consultant...

... Who will help blast your website to a top listing in Google, Yahoo, and MSN!

All for the ridiculously low investment of just $2.95.

There's absolutely no guesswork.

First, Derek gives you a series of online videos that walk you through the baby step basics of getting your website search engine ready.

Then, using the same clear, no-BS teaching style, you'll be shown how to apply the very same advanced SEO strategies that Derek and his team have used to secure a Top 5 ranking in Google for 3 years running...

... And beat out over 294 Million competitors including many multi-million dollar corporations!

And then, just in case you need some extra hand-holding, you'll have unlimited access to Derek's very own in-house SEO expert in a secret discussion forum, where you can ask unlimited questions about your specific search engine campaign!

This alone is EASILY a $1500-$3000 value -- but Derek's giving you unlimited access to his private SEO expert for the next 30 days for just $2.95.

To get all the details, visit http://www.marketingtips.com/backstage-pass/t/917928

When Derek first launched his "Search Marketing Lab" approximately one year ago, I didn't pay much attention.

My mistake.

Because today, he's got testimonials lined up around the block -- all regular people who started with ZERO or mediocre traffic, who attract 5,000 to 40,000+ visitors every month using these secrets.

The majority of SEO books, courses, and seminars you'll find out there are a waste of money, not worth the paper they're printed on, because they're not kept up-to-date.

But since "Search Marketing Lab" gives you the same SEO strategies that Derek's currently using on his own site (www.marketingtips.com), which is reported to attract over 1.8 Million visitors every month, you can be sure you'll be the first to know when there's a major search engine change…

... And the first to PROFIT from Derek's hard won SEO research, newest optimization techniques, and late-breaking developments.

I recommend very few SEO resources to my clients. But this tops my list.

And the $2.95 Trial that Derek is giving away right now is a steal. To get yours before he shuts it down...

The best paying AdSense keywords are not always obvious

AdSense publishers often think that they should choose topics that directly correspond to high priced items if they want AdSense clicks that are going to pay well. The reasoning goes something like this: "Sports cars are very expensive, so if I put up content about sports cars, my earnings per click should be very high!" Sounds logical, right?

WELL IT'S DEAD WRONG!

Why? Because there are many, many factors that determine how well a keyword will pay, and those factors are not always obvious. To continue with our sports car example, consider this: the phrase "sports car insurance" has an AdWords cost per click that is almost 7 TIMES AS MUCH as "sports car" alone! And it's the AdWords cost per click (CPC) that determines your potential for AdSense earnings. So why is the phrase 'sports car insurance' so much more valuable?'"

The answer is simple: people searching for "sports car" could very well be looking for just pictures of sports cars. They could be teenagers who don't have a dime but are just looking around because they have an interest in sports cars. The term is too vague. On the other hand, people looking for "sports car insurance" are very likely ready to buy! I mean, who goes searching for "sports car insurance" just for fun?

So you see, what at first glance makes sense (that "sports car" should have a high value), when you really dig in and examine it, you find isn't true

BANDWGON BLOGGING THE BEST NICHE IDEAS ARE RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE

Sometimes markets surge for no apparent reason; masses of people suddenly "want" something, and the resulting demand can't be immediately met. For example, during the SARS epidemic, there was an insatiable demand for facial masks in several countries - and many entrepreneurs capitalized on this business idea.

A "bandwagon effect" is also created by larger social trends. There is much more of a demand for home-care services for the elderly than is currently being supplied. And the trend for pets to be treated as family members continues, creating demand for all kinds of pet-related services that didn't exist even ten years ago.

Look at existing businesses and the products and services they offer and determine if there's a need for more of those products or services. If there is, develop business ideas that may make the niche better for you and for the customer.

Are you brimming with ideas for starting a new blog or website? Write your ideas down. Let them swirl around in your head. And keep an open mind and continue to assess everything you read and hear from an entrepreneurial point of view. You don't want to run with the first business idea you think of; you want to discover the idea that's best suited to your skills and desires. Dream, think, plan -and you'll be ready to transform that website or blog idea into a very profitable niche.

HOT NICHES WHERE YOULL MAKE THE MOST MONEY IN 2008

1) Interior Decorators and/or Designers

The home renovation boom continues this year with one twist; fewer people want to do what it takes themselves. It won't hurt the big Do-It-Yourself retailers much, but it will provide lots of business opportunities for decorators and designers who can provide the advice (and legwork) consumers are looking for.

2) Bed and Bath Products

Consumers will continue to "feather the nest" this year - and they want those feathers to be as downy and luxurious as possible. That makes fine linens, bedding, window treatments, towels and accessories a best business opportunity, both retail or as an adjunct to a design consulting business.

3) "Practical" Tourism
Think about flu shots, gay marriages and prescription drugs. What do all these have in common? They're all practical reasons Americans have travelled to Canada over the past year. The trick to cashing in on Practical Tourism, as I've dubbed it, is to recognize the need and be able to move fast to arrange the trips visitors want, before the perceived need expires.

4) Residental Cleaning Services

Cleaning services are no longer viewed as just for businesses or just something to get done when you move; more people than ever before are willing to pay someone else to take the home cleaning chores off their hands. Both general housecleaning services, such as weekly or monthly cleaning, and specialty cleaning services, such as cleaning blinds, are a best business opportunity because this is such a growing market.

5) Land Use Consultants

If you have the skills, this is another industry that's growing exponentially. While we tend to think of land use experts being called in on big projects, there's a growing trend for small businesses and individuals to seek out these services, and this trend will only increase as the boomers leave the cities and start building on their "dream' properties.

6) Virtual Assistants
It's taken a while for businesses to appreciate the concept of virtual work, but most get it now, and the demand for reliable Virtual Assistants will only grow as small businesses start to realize how many different tasks Virtual Assistants are capable of and how Virtual Assistants can be potent, part-time staff.

7) Security Products

It's the business to business side of this industry that will provide the best business opportunity this year. While sales of camera surveillance and alarm systems will increase, there will also be a great increase in the sales of fingerprint and retinal ID security systems, as businesses (and governments) seek ever-more "foolproof" security.

8) Chocolate Anything

Perhaps in reaction to last year's endless diet, or perhaps just because it tastes really, really good and no one's ever been able to come up with a substitute that even comes close, chocolatiers are going to do a booming business this year.
Even if you're not one, you may be able to get in on this best business opportunity by adding something chocolate to your own product line.

9) Cat Products

Remember the Al Stewart album? Well this is it; The Year of the Cat. There are now more (pet) cats than dogs in North America, and you'd better believe those pet felines are pampered. Cat care products, cat beds, cat toys, mugs and calendars with cat pictures on them - cats are back. Another thought for cashing in on this best business opportunity; more and more pet owners are becoming convinced that "natural" foods are better for their pets.

10) Online Gambling

In terms of potential profit, perhaps I should have listed this best business opportunity first. But although there's a huge demand for it (any kind of gambling actually), this is a heavily regulated industry and only for those with lots of patience and deep pockets. (Investors take note: gambling casinos are incredibly popular, too.)

And one more best business opportunity: Construction Related Trades. The continued strength of the home renovation market coupled with the demand for new construction is going to make this yet another banner year for drywallers, electricians, plumbers, framers - whatever your trade, you're going to be in demand this year. so there are some great nivheideas to make the most money for your time in 2008.

Real Estate Marketing Niche Opportunities

You can try to be an expert in many phases of real estate, or you can specialize in a niche market and become the authority in that market.
There are many highly successful real estate agents and brokers that have narrowed their real estate marketing niche focus to a specific geographical area, a type of property or a category of consumer. Recognizing the opportunities that are out there and selecting a niche that appeals to you can be a lucrative strategy.

1. For Sale By Owner Properties (FSBO's)Don't discount the for sale by owner property as not worth your time. These sellers will, in many cases, find that they really don't have the ability to successfully market their home and decide to list with a real estate professional.
Structure a marketing plan around helping these sellers to learn what they need to know to market their property and they will frequently see the complexity of the task and make a decision to list. If you've been their adviser, you'll likely get the business.

2. Resort and Vacation Homes
If you're lucky enough to live in an area that appeals to vacationers and those looking for getaway properties, this can be a very successful niche market for you.
With most of the prospects coming from outside the area, a good internet marketing strategy can position you as the area expert and cut down significantly on the competition. Providing usable information to out-of-area buyers will get you business, and at some point they'll likely be your sellers also.

3. Hispanics are a growing home-buying group.
The Census Bureau places Hispanics as the nation's largest minority group, with more than 42 million in the United States.
With a median age of 27 years, this group is highly likely to comprise a large chunk of the first-time home buying market. Look at marketing venues that will attract this group and determine their needs and fill them.

4. More and more Singles are buying homes every year. With almost 90 million unmarried and single Americans, this is a group you just cannot ignore. 55 Million households are headed by unmarried individuals.
Women make up about 54% of this group according to the Census Bureau. Real estate professionals that can embrace the differing needs of these heads of households will surely find a wealth of opportunity.

5. Baby boomers, or Seniors are a huge market influence.Different income considerations, as well as sometimes special housing requirements, make this group a great niche market. Determine their needs and develop marketing and services that are tailored to them.

6. Luxury Homes - A market requiring specialized skills and money. The luxury home niche looks quite inviting, with the high home prices usually generating correspondingly high commissions to the agents. They do result in a higher per-transaction commission, but don't think that there aren't some trade-offs.

Luxury homes require special marketing venues that generally require larger investment on the part of the listing brokerage. Overall, the percentage of net profit after marketing can be similar to lower priced homes. It's a great niche for some though.

7. Helping first-time buyers is fulfilling and profitable.First-time buyers are new to the entire process, with anxieties about financing, inspections and just about every facet of the transaction. They want and need our help.

It's a great feeling helping them into their first home, and this niche market is a large one. Develop marketing and transaction information materials that will help them to understand the process and view you as the expert they need to carry them through it. They'll be a huge source of future repeat business and referrals.

8. Condominium buyers and sellers offer a great niche opportunity.Nationally, there has been a huge growth in the number of condominiums in the last decade. Particularly in resort and vacation communities, an enterprising real estate person can capitalize on this specialization.
In many cases, the owners use the condo only partially and wish to rent it out at other times. This provides another area in which you can be the expert helping them to select the most rentable properties. It can also lead to referrals to management firms or to your own business.

HERES A GOOD NICHE BLOGGERS IDEA

Why not have a series of smaller blogs on niches and then do a larger one that uses the information you find in your smaller ones on a bigger scale. They could link to each other for cross promotion.

Just be careful you dont just publish the same content twice all the time as you’ll get in trouble for duplicate content.

NICHE BLOGGERS FINDING A HOT NICHE TO BLOG ABOUT

Finding your niche. Start by finding out what the most popular keyword searches are in the search engines. Do a search for those keywords using RSS feed software or using a search engine – type in the keyword followed by the word blog or RSS. How many people are blogging? If the keywords are popular, there are probably hundreds or thousands of blogs in that niche already. Can you use any of those keywords and create a unique blog? If so, go for it…if not, keep searching.

Think about your own interests. If you are interested in a particular hobby or topic, the chances are good that thousands or even millions of other people are. What is your favorite reality television show? People blog about the L Word, and some of those blogs have a huge following. Even if you do choose a topic that many people are blogging about, you can still make it unique enough to become quite popular

HOW TO MAKE MONEY WITH eBAY USING ARBITRAGE TRICKS

Understanding Arbitrage

Arbitrage begins with one or more of the following basic steps:

* Buy online to resell online

* Buy offline to resell online

* Buy online to resell offline

* Buy offline to resell offline.

As eBay sellers, it’s the first two that concern us most, so let’s see how to make easy money from ‘Arbitrage’ or what’s traditionally known as the ‘Buy Low, Sell High’ technique.

An eBay Arbitrage involves finding popular items that are poorly listed on eBay, buying these items dirt cheap, re-listing them and selling them for a profit.

Let me show you what I mean:

Here is a poorly listed item I recently found that resulted in a whooping 484% profit…
The item was a Miller Lite beer sign -- the kind you see hanging on the wall in bars. With less then two hours to go before the end of the auction it had 3 bids and the top bid was only $5.50.

Doing some quick research on eBay I found several other similar signs getting lots of bids and selling for quite a but more. So, I placed a maximum bid of $15.00 on the sign and waited for it to close.
Here is a picture of the auction as it appeared before I placed my bid:

I won the sign for $9.50 and immediately re-listed it. All I did was add more keywords to the item description and used a few insider tricks to spruce up the auction in order to draw more bidders.

Here is a picture of the item after I relisted it. Notice the keyword packed title and more descriptive text.
Here is a picture after my re-listed auction closed.

Notice the sign sold for $46.00 -- almost 5 times what I paid for it! There are thousands of arbitrage opportunities on eBay every single day. All it takes is a little research to find the auctions that are poorly listed and the know how to take advantage of the situation.

HOW TO GET INDEXED IN YAHOO IN JUST 30 SECONDS

Are you having problems getting indexed by Yahoo! The best way to fix that is ro add your RSS feed to your MyYahoo! page. If you don't have a MyYahoo! page, just go to http://www.yahoo.com. Now click on the MyYahoo! link at the top and set up your free account. Once you have your account set up, click on Add Content, then add the URL of your blog RSS feed into the Find Content box.

When you return to your MyYahoo! page, your first niche blog post should be shown. If you go look at your web stats for your site, you'll find that the Yahoo! spider has probably already made a visit. Your new site should be indexed in Yahoo! in just a couple of days.

Discover profitable niches in under 10 minutes, guaranteed

A list of top websites to look for inspiration when searching dor your next hot niche

Wikipedia Well, possibly the greatest encyclopedia of all times. It's constantly updated and covers virtually any niche you might imagine. Its biggest advantage is also its biggest drawback, though. It's so huge that you may spend really a lot of time to discover profitable ideas. And it's very easy to get distracted. Wikipedia lists offer a good starting point.

DMOZ directory The largest directory of websites edited by humans. It has an extensive classification tree, which is a great source of inspiration.

Technorati One of the leading blog search engines. It provides many tools useful in looking for niche ideas - we will discuss them in detail soon.

Delicious The grandfather of all social bookmarking sites. Just look what people are bookmarking, and you will know, what's hot. It's skewed towards technology geeks, but useful anyway. Again, it will be discussed in detail later.

Froogle The shopping search engine by Google. It lets you see the most current queries on its homepage. What's better than seeing in real time, what people are actually trying to buy?

Amazon Well, Amazon has grown from a bookstore to the largest retailer in the world and it offers a wide variety of goods. You can either use its full index of products, or you can focus on a directory of books subjects. You're guaranteed to find some great niches there.

HOW TO FIND THE HOTTEST NICHES

Rules Of Niche Hunting

A Good Niche Must Not Be Too Small.

For example, "harp music" would not be a good niche because there are only a few searches done each month. Which means, this market is practically dead. So no matter what "system" you use, there's nobody in this market and therefore... no profits for you.

A Good Niche Must Not Be Too Big.

On the flip side, if a niche is overly crowded it will be just as difficult to make a buck. For example, "home mortgage" gets 628,000 searches a month. There's definitely some interest in this niche.

But odds are... you will never make a dime in this market. Why? Because the market is super-saturated with thousands of competitors, each trying to cash in on this piece of pie.

A Good Niche Must Be Just Right.

Just as Goldilocks had to find the bed that was just right, so we have to find the niches that are just right. They have to be large enough to be profitable, but small enough so we're not shut out by the competition.

But here's the kicker: Finding these elusive niches is not easy. Most people can't tell you how they found good niches. Because it happened by accident and they couldn't repeat the process if they tried. Here some KEI stats... sites like wordtracker are a perfect place to start heres a bunch more

Hot, Undiscovered markets could be very profitable. Just one new niche could change your financial future for good. I don't wish to speculate as to how much you could make after discovering a string of passionate, undiscovered niches. But thios blog will continue to help you as much as we can.
